Research and Understanding
Define the Purpose: Understand the objective of the poster. Is it to inform, promote, or inspire?
Identification of the target audience
Study the Theme: Gather relevant information, imagery, and references for the poster’s topic.
Conceptualization
Brainstorm Ideas: Creation of a list of possible concepts, layouts, and visual elements that align with the theme.
Create a Mood Board: Collection of images, color palettes, typography styles, and inspirations to set the tone.
Sketch Initial Ideas: Drafting rough layouts or thumbnails to visualize different concepts quickly.
Design Execution
Begin Designing in Illustrator and photoshop
Contrast: Highlight key elements to make them stand out.
Alignment: Ensure elements are properly aligned for a professional look.
Balance: Distribute visual weight evenly across the design.
Whitespace: Allow breathing space for better clarity.
Typography: Select fonts that reflect the mood.
